Welcome to TomsPhotos.ca, featuring the work of Tom Myrick. I live in the village of Sooke, British Columbia, Canada, which is on beautiful Vancouver Island about 45 minutes from Victoria. The rugged beauty of this area affords numerous photo opportunities. My subjects range from sparrows to tires, and I have captured images in locations as diverse as the Rocky Mountains, my own back yard, and even a gravel pit.

Recognitions include best photo in show at the Sooke Fall Fair, as well as numerous first prizes at fairs in the Victoria area. I have also had photos chosen for the Sooke Fine Arts Show in 2011 and 2012.
